The following terms and conditions apply to all customers who use Frank Eats :
❈ It is possible for customers to order any food item available on our regular menu or choose various packages designed based on their convenience.
❈ Under no condition shall food be ‘pre-tasted’ whatsoever. We ask our customers to place orders at their faith. Frank Eats guarantees the delivery of high-quality and delectable food with a blend of good service.
❈ The orders are placed on a per-plate basis. Once the order is delivered, negotiation or revision of bill amount will not be entertained. Additional quantity beyond the confirmed order will be charged separately. Prices include all applicable government taxes.
❈ Consumption of any additional dishes or items not included in the confirmed order shall be considered add-ons and shall be billed accordingly.
